Oh how I love Gina Lake’s books. I have given away many copies. Because they are so special, I can’t NOT share them with others. This book is for you if you ever suspected that what you believe about your life may not be true, and you wish to experience the Joy that is already yours… Now! Gina will turn you inward, to the wisdom that is available to you, and you experience it for yourself. More than just a teaching, Gina’s books are, for this reader, a catalyst for Awakening.

Gina writes beautifully, and all of it is as familiar to the soul as your own hand. And the wonderful exercises will lead you to the experience of what she writes, not just the mental understanding of it.

Soon after reading “Radical Happiness”, my first Gina Lake book, the father of my child shot himself and left his body… due in large part to the clarity and connection I have to what “I” truly am as a result of basking in Gina Lake’s books, each moment surrounding his “death” was perfect and I was completely present and not suffering in a story about what was happening, and completely available to others… I felt LOVE, not sadness, and Joy, not resistance. 5 Stars Return to Essence is a MUST READ
I adore Gina Lake’s writing and the voice she gives to Theo, the entity she channels. Each book brings gentle, guiding messages to each of us. The work is similar in meaning to Eckhart Tolle’s work, but a bit less esoteric and a bit easier to understand for those of us who make need that

Getting into the FLOW of life and then STAYING in the FLOW of life is the essence of this book. Once we can achieve this state we all desire to stay in it, but sometimes life gets in the way and before you know it…you have slid back into your old ways This book will help you STAY in the flow…ahhhh.

Return to Essence is one of my favorites and I strongly recommend you buy it and enjoy it.

5 Stars Follow your Heart

I believed psychics and mediums when they told me that I was an old soul. I read that old souls tended to congregate in certain areas and that Northern California was one of those areas. Knowing that a spiritual teacher I admired for his clarity also lived there I decided that there’s where I need to move. I believed that moving and interacting with other `old souls’ was a part of my life purpose. But life put up many blocks in that direction. It made it seem impossible to leave when I thought I should. I thought I was following Gina’s advice and listening to my Heart but when Gina suggested that perhaps it was simply the voice of my ego dressed up in spiritual garb that I was listening to, I had a dramatic paradigm shift. Just because what I wanted sounded and seemed right to my mind didn’t mean that it was resonating with my spirit. I asked myself if there were feelings of excitement and elation around the decision and there weren’t any. It just felt like a sense of obligation, some duty I had to fulfill. Of course, it was something I wanted but there was no sense of joy around it as Gina says there would be if I was being guided by the Heart. I realized that perhaps I need to fine-tune my ability to listen to my Heart. One way Gina suggests to do this is to create more space and presence in one’s life to hear the voice of Heart, perhaps in meditation or just by resting in presence through the day. This has helped me tremendously. I also look for clues in my dreams.

I love Gina’s elucidation of the general energy patterns and life purposes of the astrological signs because they resonate with what I’ve come to see to be true. It is reassuring to know that most life purposes are eventually fulfilled but just as important to know that we can help them along by affirming our commitment to be led in the right direction. To listen to the Heart, we must be in the now; open to the spontaneous urgings that it produces without overlaying judgments and fixed ideas about our own possibilities and potential. A life purpose is more than just a line of work – it rests fundamentally in the lessons we have all come here to learn – patience, love, compassion, empathy, and trust. Gina’s book affirmed my commitment to focus on my own lifelong dream of writing a novel. I can feel the egoic motivation behind this goal but I can also sense a deeper guidance towards it. One mark of this is that the journey itself feels like it is worth the effort – even if the ultimate goal is not achieved.

5 Stars A wonderfully powerful book
My first introduction to Gina Lake’s work was her free download book “Radiance: Experiencing Divine Presence” on her website (www.radicalhappiness.com). It was obvious to me from this small sampling that Gina is a gifted teacher who truly embodies her messages. I was ready for more and have not been disappointed.

To quote from the introduction to Return to Essence: “The flow is the experience of who you really are as it moves through life. … But how do you get there and how do you stay there?” This book answers those questions. Gina gives information and examples as well as practical exercises to support the material, especially helpful in showing you how to recognize the difference between ego-generated thoughts and direction coming from Essence (Source, your higher self, true self, god-self, or whatever way you refer to it).

If you’ve read Gina’s earlier works, like ‘Radical Happiness’ or if you haven’t but are beginning to see that there is a wonderful difference between following spirit and following ego and want more help, guidance and information, this book is for you. It has helped me recognize what is driving my decisions and actions, and makes it easier to get back ‘in the flow’ – which is a most rewarding place to be!

Do not get lost in the words that these cards convey. As Tolle would say;”the words are only pointers, they point to the truth, but are not the truth that they point to.” Let each card inspire you to go beyond the words and you will feel your Being that is always there yet obscured by identification with the mind.

You don’t really need these inspiration cards because you are always already free. You are the deep peace, space and love that you search for. That is already the case. If you are not experiencing peace, sapce, love, a lightness in evrything that you do, feel, or say, then allow these cards to take you to the cliff and then let go of the saftey net. You already are!
