5 Stars Effectively Changed My Life!
Ever wonder why some people are ALWAYS happy and some others NEVER happy? If I had not purchased Wayne Dyer’s CD’s, I’d still be STUCK in a negative thinking pattern! An old saying, “When the Student is READY, the teacher will be there!” came to mind when I listened to this set. Dyer shares his message; it is up to the individual to process and use it. The first time, four years ago, I listened to these CD’s I was unmoved. I listened; probably didn’t HEAR.

Recently, on a car trip, I packed these into my car, and began a journey that has changed my life through the realization that all of us have “what we need” within us, and we must tap into our power and our source. Within the private space of my comfortable car, and while I was driving and listening, I experienced a paradigm shift in the way I view life and relationships. I’d been stuck, I felt, and suddenly began to think in terms of “moving forward with positive energy” …….connect to our source…….tap into INTENTION. Something he said, triggered an awakening moment and I literally “felt” different.

I’ve listened and listened again to the 6 CD’s and hear something new and helpful every time. I’m high on life……released the old burdens that held me back, and embraced new thoughts and opportunities which were dorment and waiting within. I am not shy about sharing this “wealth” with friends and family. At work, I was telling of my new focus and noticed that 3 people had gathered and were listening intently…….one asked to borrow the CD’s.

Wayne Dyer is human, encouraging, filled with intention, and shares his life stories. I would highly recommend this set of CD’s because of the positive effects I have experienced. I am so very thankful I had these when I was finally ready to change my life.

The cd set is very interesting and well worth listening to more than once. I have my set in the car for short and long trips. The cd container however was not in perfect shape to hold in the cd’s properly which was a little disappointing, but not essential to the enjoyment of the cd’s.

Wayne Dyer has helped millions of people who are seeking to find a better way of living. This CD Set of his live lectures is a marvelous, easy way to do just that. He lays it all out in laymen’s terms. My husband and I listen to it over and over; at home and in the car. It has improved our mindsets and added much to our thought processes. We are extremely spiritual people and listening to these lectures adds to that dimension within our marriage and in our assisting others attempting to reach higher goals.

5 Stars Cards for Enlightenment
I have been a long term fan of cards for enlightenment and personal growth. As with most cards of this type, The Power of Intention Cards are an excellent tool for finding digestible bits of knowledge and insight. Dr. Wayne Dyer is a master of quotes, and these cards are filled with his efficient, uplifting words of wisdom. I have recently read his book by the same name, and found this pack of cards to be the perfect compliment for those who want to have a quick reference to his best advice for living a better life.

One notable characteristic of this set of cards is that the graphics are small, old-fashioned, and male oriented. I don’t know if this quality is a personal expression of Dr. Dyer’s personality, but I found that it might be something male readers might find more appealing then the many cards with more artsy, feminine images. Although this is the most male set of cards I’ve ever seen, it was certainly an acceptable characteristic to me as a woman since they came from a male author.

Overall, this is a great set of cards for those who want to spend more time thinking about the concepts that Dr. Dyer teaches in The Power of Intention, but don’t have the time or desire to reread the whole book every week. The cards are an attractive way to choose a quote or two to post for easy viewing as you retrain your mind to think more positively. I know the book and these cards have made me feel better about my life, and hey, “I want to feel good!” (Dr. Dyer quote).

Wayne Dyer is very informative as always. I am disappointed with the publisher for placed a very recent photo of Mr Dyer giving the listener/reader the impression that this is a new book. It is actually an old one with new packaging.

I was at a down point in my life when someone introduced Dr. Wayne Dyer to me. I have most of his audio books and tapes now. His transfomation philosophy is easy to understand and will help anyone realize their true purpose in life. Not to wierd, not to religious, just good common sense values that we all know of but over look everyday of our lives. He teaches us the way to true and every-lasting happiness from within. Helped me get over 4 years of serious depression and addictions.

Wayne is one of my favourite travelling companions on my long commute to work.

This double cassette set ranks amongst my favourites. It presents a good balance of practical and metaphysical observations. Some of the newest self-help products, I find, spend too much time on metaphysics – and right now I don’t seem to be evolved enough to play that game. This set, however, reached me where I’m at and has given me a couple of new insights to help me along in my personal growth.

His observation that cancer patients and schizophrenics seem to be at two extremes on a scale of how they think is food for thought, as is the crucial importance for health and success of being “in harmony”.

I normally like Wayne Dyer quite a bit, and I generally like “daily” books, but this was just a little boring. Some of the days’ quotes are are so short there’s not much to think about. Possibly that’s the point in a Buddhist sort of way, but I was a little let down.

4 Stars Fluffy… but passionate and substantial.
I had never been introduced to Dr. Dyer before I picked this up. I tend to listen to material like this all the time, especially at the gym.

So my initial reaction to this was, “Oh man, what kind of hoaky-fanoki who-do voodoo did I pick up”.

I thought this primarily because of the delivery of the work.

Dr. Dyer speaks with passion and compassion… and I was not accustomed to his method of delivery. He is very soft spoken and generally I am not interested in listening to someone timid for any length of time.

After allowing myself to accept that he might be delivering something I really need, I just gave in and listened intently.

And I was really impressed. The material in this work is actionable. You can use it, and it works.

IMHO, overall this message puts a different package on a the concept of the “Law of Attraction”.

His take on this is fresh and has subtle hints of clarity that are hard to come by.

This is great stuff even if you aren’t a believer in this “type” of work.

I highly recommend it… to give you an indicator I have listened to this 8 times over the last 3 months… and have gotten something out of it every time.

1 Star The man who knows too little
This is without a doubt the most boring piece of tripe I have ever read! The title “The power of intention” should be changed to “the power of my ego”. For one, Dyer rehashes stuff from previous books over, and over, and over…..I figure he just wants to keep making bucks by trying to convince everyone he is evolved. Secondly, the Power of Intention as he describes it sounds very much like positive thinking vs. power of the mind to create reality. Even if I misunderstand his “intention” how is it that so many people in the world are unable to tap into this and create a life free of disease, or hunger, or abuse? I liked Dyer better before he became evolved!! In his first book, “your erroneous zones” he at least put forth the ideas that actually represent who he is: someone who wants what he wants. I found that book more useful because it encouraged us to ditch useless thought patterns that hold us back. Wake up Wayne!! This psudo-religious stuff you’re into now is an act.

Dr. Dyer’s “Intentions” are good – I believe that. I followed his recommendation and started reading the last chapter of the book – a basic narrative of people who are interconnected to the “Source.” I bought the book because the doctor actually did have good things say. This is one book I had to stop reading. This is a metaphysical primer. I’m not sure if I ever met a person who lives their life with as a high degree outlined in this book. The “Source,” well that’s a highly blanket and speculative term. Clearly that can apply to any of the three major monotheistic religions. The reason I had to drop this book is because my mind actually went numb reading the obvious repeat language – those who are connected to the “Source” or, “connector people” over and over and over again. Dr. Dyer does mention God but not from his perspective. He does use the phrase “divine Source.” The “Connector” people don’t get angry, jealous, egotistical they now exactly how to live life; they have everything they need and so on. If there is an absolute good “Source” providing all our needs than there’s an potent adversary, the evil “Source” that people tap into to get what they want and win all the time. Get my drift. It’s a rather small book for a rather complex world and not recommended for teenagers.

I read this book during the last year of my Ph.D. and wrote my dissertation. This book changes my perception of the world and incredibly brought me to the finish line of the program. It’s the power of a mysterious force.

2 Stars Its ok but not worth the money.
There are some good tidbits here and there but overall this could have been done a lot better. I give him 5 stars on “The Answer” but this was a big disappointment to me. Yes the cost of information could be considered to be cheap at $16 but this product should be a bonus to his book or no more then $5 at full price before discounts. Well when you look at it, the answer explains how to target your customers, he did and he is reaping the benefits. This will be the last product I buy from him until further notice. Again he has good information but this product was over priced.

John has done a wonderful job teaching others how to pursue their dreams and goals through vision boards with this kit! He not only thoroughly explains how to create a vision board that’s right for your individual goals, but he also explains how and why it will work. As long as you are dedicated and follow through with the suggested routine, you will be on your way to realizing your dreams! I just received mine and can’t wait to start the vision board process!!
