Ksipta, mudha, viksipta, the first three, are considered hindrances. The last two are considered yoga. Meditation means to live from your core self. This self is pure consciousness, not your ego, race, personality, or creed, but your essential nature. All inspiration, creativity, love, charity, and enlightenment arises from this state. The secrets of the universe are kept here. It is a holistic state void of thought, a state of oneness where you can find truth.</p>
<p>Breathing meditation is a means of changing the mind, encourages and develops concentration, clarity, and emotional positivity. Breathing meditation helps you grasp the patterns and habits of the mind. It will help you cultivate new, more positive ways of being.
