			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the keys to manifesting what you desire is to be grateful for what you already have. In the book, ‘The Secret,’ Rhonda Bryne talks about waking in the morning and saying the words “thank you” over and over and over again until she is consumed with joy and good spirits.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Dr. Wayne Dyer also talks about gratitude, and reflecting on the abundance that you have via meditation. One of his favorite quotes is “Attitude With Gratitude.” Even in Dr Wayne Dyer’s film, ‘The Shift,’ in the opening scene, you see Dr. Dyer waking up from bed, taking a deep breath and saying “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”</p>
<p> </p>
<p>But is it all there is to it? Is just repeating “thank you” over and over again is enough to help you get what you want?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>From my own personal experience, the answer would have to be “no.”</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I have woken up for many a mornings and said “thank you” over and over again but it didn’t do anything for me. I did not feel either joyful or full of spirit, instead, I felt quite neutral. I began to wonder why?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The truth is most of us are taught to be grateful or thankful for what we have from church, our parents, even your country (i.e., United States has Thanksgiving Day.) After years of being told to be thankful, we don’t really have any feeling behind our thankfulness. I’m sure many of us have said something like “I am thankful that I have food on the table and clothes on my back and a roof over my head, so I shouldn’t be grumbling over the fact that I have all this debt, I’m getting a pay cut, my husband is cheating on me, blah, blah, blah.”</p>
<p> </p>
<p>But this past week something popped into my head to make me feel truly grateful and thankful for all that has happened.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>My son, who’s six years old, is at the point now where he wants to spend more time with me. But because of work and helping to take care of our four month old baby, time was perceived to be limited. His nagging and complaining was obviously getting on my nerves for quite sometime, and I found myself expressing my frustration and anger to him.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>But last week, I thought about what I wanted to manifest into my life, which is to be financially successful and financially independent and creating this wealth virtually, over the internet perhaps, and doing it at any convenient time for me.  This, I believed, would allow me to have more free time for my family.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>As I reflected on this, I realized that I was not showing that I wanted to spend time with my son. Instead of being thankful that I had two great boys, I was annoyed that they wanted to take away what little free time I had.  Then it hit me, how can I make more time for my sons in the future if I am not willing to spend time with them now, especially to my six year old.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>And the fact that they are both growing up so quickly, I know I will be missing out on their childhood if I focus on my lack of perceived time and how I want to manifest the time in the future.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Since that mini epiphany last week, I’ve been very “present” with both my sons. My six year old has not nagged at me for awhile and for the first time, in a long time, I feel thankful for what I have.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Heart diseases, kidney problems and hypertension are just one of the few diseases that you would get when you fill yourself up with too much negative emotion. Surely, you would never want that to happen right? Here are a few steps on how you could actually deal those negative emotions from ruining your life.</p>
<p>Slowly close your eyes. Take a deep breath slowly for a couple of minutes or two. Have you calm yourself down? If yes, imagine there is a wall in front of you. You are standing right in front of that wall. That is your &ldquo;wall of frustration&rdquo; or &ldquo;wall of pain and fear&rdquo;. That wall symbolizes your anger, your fear, worries, frustration and all those negative feelings you are possibly into right now. </p>
<p>As you imagine that wall as your &#8220;wall of frustration&#8221;, imagine that you are pushing that wall. Feel your arms, your fingers, shoulder react to that wall. Let that wall absorb your negative feelings. Let that wall take away those fears and frustrations that you are facing right now.</p>
<p>As you push that wall, picture that particular event that made you feel that negative emotion that is filling you right now.  It could be because you got fired from work, a jerk boss, a broken relationship. That very particular reason why you are feeling exactly what you are right now. </p>
<p>And then let that wall absorb these emotions totally until you feel yourselves emotion calms down, relieved and expire. Once you feel this, imagine that you are walking pass that wall. And by doing so, you have gotten totally rid of your negative emotions. You will feel relieved and relax shortly right after.</p>
<p>Fishing is another way by which you can release all those negative emotions from you. As an expert in stress management, I always encourage my clients to go out for activities that would help them relieve stress like fishing.                         Live lecture, sound not so great,his recorded laboured breathing was very very off putting, love Wayne Dyer, but this is not a good one.<br />

<br />Will only ever listen to this once.The asking people in the audience to break there anonymity in alcohlics anonymous,to prove a point he was making and &#8220;pleading&#8221; with people to do the Tao, was all a bit, hard to say but disappointing and not very enriching or advancing<br />

<p>As an ardent reader and listener of Dr.Dyer, I have enjoyed and still repeatedly enjoy listening to most of his previous works, unfortunately not this one.  This is only worth listening once, may be 2.  Do the Tao &#8211; rather do nothing is a little bit of a stretch.  </p>
<p>I have a feeling that someday, Dr. Dyer will miss all the things he left behind.</p>
<p>With regard to Ms. Williamson&#8217;s(Never heard of this author before) part of the program: With all due respect to her being as a person, and many others who love her, I felt that if I did not listen to her, I would not have missed much, but was interesting to get an idea who she was.</p>
<p>So once again, my suggestion to all my good Dr.Dyer fans known and unknown, is that- of all the talks that Dr. Dyer has given &#8211; Dont Take This To Heart &#8211; Especially if you are progressing in the Spiritual path very well. This work does not look like the &#8216;Afternoon&#8217; of his life, rather his &#8216;Midnight&#8217; where he does nothing and is in deep slumber.</p>
<p>Having said that, If for some reason you happened to loose the first 3 CDs and listened to the CD #4 only, consider yourself lucky and it is worthy though&#8230;&#8230;it is an interesting Q &#038; A session and was entertaining and at the same time gives out some messages&#8230;.. that aren&#8217;t really new that Dr.Dyer has not touched upon before.</p>
<p>Audio quality is poor for about 20% of the CD, I think it is hard to find a mid point, because Wayne has a bold high bass in his voice and Marianne has a shreaky unpleasant high pitched/treble in her voice. </p>

                        It is a good chat between two friends about anything and nothing special that we already have heard either frome the Book &#8216;The Secret&#8217; or in they recent CD&#8217;s they made. It is to resume briefly a repitition of their thoughts. </p>

                        I am so sorry I wasted my money on this.  If you like to listen to people who can do anything they want because they have a lot of money to do it with then go ahead and buy it.  Imagine being able to say, (paraphrasing)things have no meaning, just walk away from them.  You can always buy more.  This man is so involved with himself. He has become so self involved that he is boriing.    </p>

<p>Opening the Heart Chakra</p>
<p>Crossing of the arms in a perticular way completes a circuit that directly affects the heart chakra.</p>
<p>1. Sit comfortabley, relax and go into a meditative state.</p>
<p>2. Cross your arms as in the example in my photo albums under Heart Chakra. Your hands should be touching your shoulders near your arm pits.</p>
<p>3. Position your hands so your thumb connects with your ring and little finger, leaving your index and middle fingers pointed straight. Photo under my albums!</p>
<p>4. Take a deep breath and nod your head so your chin is gently pressed into your chest. Keep your chin firmly against your chest during each exhale, only raising your head to inhale.</p>
<p>5. Focus your attention on your heart chakra. Exhale and vibrate</p>
<p>AH-AH-AH-AH-M-M-M-UH-UH-UH-N-N-N</p>
<p>Focus your attention on your heart chakra.</p>
<p>6. Extend the N-N-N-N-N until you have completely exhaled. Try to adjust the tone so you feel it in the middle of your chest where your heart chakra is located.</p>
<p>7. Repeat eight times.</p>
<p>8. Visualize the image in my albums under heart chakra, where your heart chakra is and yourself engulfed in a vibrant green aura and focus your attention on feeling your heart chakra for several minutes.</p>
<p>Try to adjust the tone so you feel it in the middle of your chest where your heart chakra is located.</p>
<p>This really is the most important chak in the body so take your time and this is why this meditation is all on its own.</p>
<p>We hear this message of &#8220;love&#8221;, of how the heart chakra is the &#8220;love&#8221; chakra &#8211; compassion, self sacrifice, giving, etc. This is a delusion, a delusion to prevent us from knowing its true power.</p>
<p>The heart chakra is the powerhouse of the soul.</p>
<p>The heart chakra has power over anger, courage, fear and dynamic energy. This energy can be explosive. The element of fire rules the heart and increases the adrenalin for a fight or flight response. The heart chakra is the center of our offense and defense, it is where we can attack with aggression or run. The heart chakra under will and controlled breathing techniques can warm the body to resist extremes of cold. When directed, the heart chakra can fill us with vigor, vitality, fearlessness and confidence. A powerful heart chakra enables us to enjoy life more fully.</p>
<p>It is the connection point between the upper and lower chakras, like the corpus collossum connects both hemispheres of the brain.</p>
<p>The upper chakras deal with the astral; astral sight and telepathy, connecting with others psychically and transferring one&#8217;s will, sending receiving telepathic messages (3rd eye), astral hearing and communication (throat) and astral knowledge and understanding of the universe (the crown).</p>
<p>The lower chakras deal with earthly matters- survival (base), sexuality, creativity (2nd) and the will, rebellion (3rd).</p>
