Don't stay with your "husband" just because of your daughter! That is one of the most common mistakes in a marriage. Let him be in your daughter's life, but break up with her father. He sounds like a terrible person and your daughter won't get a lot out of him, so maybe even take this to court?

Getting there is half the fun, as they say. We always want what we do not have. Your source of joy was anticipating getting what you wanted. Now that you actually have it, your anticipation is gone. So is your joy. Be happy! You have been accepted and you will soon be meeting the one you love.

im a very emotional person too, and sometimes i let my emotions get the best of me. There are times when I just fill my head with negative irrational thoughts without really thinking it out and taking it slowly. As cliche as it sounds, feeling good starts within yourself. It wont happen over night, it takes time, but you will get there. Start by doing things that make you happy or make you feel good. For example, i started eating healthy and exercising. It gave me something to work on and a goal to look forward to. I too sometimes just wake up with feelings of anxiousness and sadness and i dont even know the reason most of the time so my negative thoughts force me to make up some reason, which then leads to conflict with those around me i.e. friends, boyfriend. Anyway, you can only think positive things in general, if u think positive things about yourself. Take a deep breathe before you start thinking negative thoughts, say to yourself "are these logical negative thoughts? do i have a reason to be thinking this right now?" Give some alone time to yourself and relax. Letting the small things get to you comes from a lack of self affirmation and confidence. If you feel good and positive about yourself, no small things can get to you, try working on making yourself a tougher individual, at least that is what has helped me somewhat. Like i said it takes time, but youll get there. Feel better

That is an interesting question? I'm not sure how exactly to answer it but I will do my best. If it is any consolation you are not alone. Many people have obsesive thoughts. I do not think that you are as messed up as you think you are. When I was younger I used to do what you do worry about every disease, worry that people were mad at me, obsess about fires, always felt guilty for things I should'nt have. I used to run around the house unplugging things, double locking doors, worried my parents were going to die, spent most my life worrying about that and my mom just died 2yrs ago and my dad 5 yrs ago. So many countless years of endless worry. None of it stopped until I got involved with a church that was very much into positive thinking. I immersed myself with anything that I could read on letting go fears embracing God,believing in achieving your dreams and desires, and learning to love myself. It is not an overnight process but it can be done. Have you had your thyroid checked because if you are hypothyroid that can cause anxiety, fear and depression. If you get it checked out it's a simple blood test but not all dr's find it because they have to take patients symptoms and lab work into consideration. Sometimes people can have a subclinical problem with it and it won't necessarily show up in the blood work. If you find you have a problem with it do not take synthroid, levothroid or levothroxin they only give you T4. You want armour thyroid because it gives you T3and T4 and makes all the difference in the world. Don't take my word for it read the book hypothyroidism the unsuspected illness by Broda Barnes.it will explain all the symptoms and all about hypo and hyperthyroidism. My whole family has thyroid issues and when they are off their meds for it they will get more depressed, paranoid and full of anxiety. I'm not saying this is for sure your issue but what if it is and you've been thinking you are so messed up. The armour thyroid meds are prescription but natural no side effects. I think that you are a beautiful soul with a lot going for you. Try not to be hard on yourself. You don't hate your mind! you don't like your thoughts. Ask God to help give you the peace and strength that you need to get through this. I used to be on thyroid meds myself but don't need them anymore but it helped me tremendously when I needed them. Please get a therapist that makes you get to the heart of issues. You need one that makes you think, gets you to talk and will tell you the truth if they didn't buy the line you just tried to sell them. Therapy is hard and we all will dance around issues sometimes. You want one that will on occasion can be tough on you. Sure it can be painful but that is how you will have emotional healing in your life, along with belief, faith and determination. I also believe that you will one day learn to love and accept you totally 100% for all that you are. You hang in there! You are a special child of the most high God. I Believe in YOU!

If you think about the things that you have worried about in the past, you will notice that very few of them have actually happened. Worrying really does no good. Don't worry about things that you can't control or borrow trouble. No, I really don't believe that things that you worry about are bound to happen to you. If that were true, I would have won the lottery!
Life is short and you need to enjoy what it brings to you. Try not to think of the negative things. If you don't start feeling better, maybe you should get on some meds. You'll be fine. Just remember that life is what it is.

Think Positively!

Please remember that feelings are not facts. You feel sick and out of control, but the TRUTH is you won't get HIV unless you are exposed to infected semen, vaginal fluid, or blood, which is extremely unlikely if you aren't participating in risky behaviors.

I have bipolar disorder and realize how hard it is to be rational when your mind is overwhelming you with negative feelings. But if you aren't being helped by mental health professionals or medications, you need to make a commitment to analyzing whether what you think and feel is actually real, or just something from the sickness in your brain. If you are beginning to have a breakdown STOP AND THINK. Don't dwell on the negative emotions you are feeling, focus on the possibility that you are not physically wrong with you and that you aren't in danger. If you practice this, you can slowly learn to manage your inappropriate feelings.

You forgot to mention being a hypocondriac too.

The answer is pretty obvious. You are scared of death and not having control. If you weren't afraid of death, almost none of these things would be happening to you.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
