			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Being able to alter our own reality is something that we all have the ability to do. It&#8217;s our mindset, our unconditional knowing NOT belief, that will make it happen.</p>
<p>But many of us have been conditioned to think that we have no control over what happens to us andÂ ACCEPT the hand that life gives us. Once we realize that it isn&#8217;t true, we try to make it happen. However trying to undue a certain thinking that&#8217;s been with us almost our whole life is quite a daunting task.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s a great forum that we frequent at <a href="http://www.stevepavlina.com/forums/intention-manifestation/42564-create-your-own-reality.html">StevePalvina.com</a>.Â  There was a post made by someone named icutoffheads that I found quite powerful.Â  You can fly over there to read the <a href="http://www.stevepavlina.com/forums/intention-manifestation/42564-create-your-own-reality.html">whole thread</a>, but I thought it would be good to post his initial comments here:</p>
<blockquote><p>I understand it. It&#8217;s no longer a struggle, I manifest faster and faster each day. It happens with ease, without any effort. I literally just created the rest of my day today, not by thinking it over and over again and crossing my fingers it will happen. I woke up twenty minutes ago, thought about what I wanted to do today for about umm I don&#8217;t know, two seconds, and immediately these things were already brought to me (via telephone calls I recieved immediately after these thoughts) including a dinner that is my exact dinner of choice and coming to me for free (I thought of it, and no more than 20 seconds later it was delivered. Truth.) Don&#8217;t ever buy another LoA book again, you don&#8217;t need it. You just need yourself. This is the truth.</p>
<p>The biggest thing that will begin to get you results and that will also speed up the entire process (of understanding, experiencing, and create) is examining your perception of reality itself. This is the biggie. This is the core perception on which all the rest of your beliefs reside. If you believe reality to be solid and outside of yourself but still tell yourself you can manifest, you may not get the results you want. It&#8217;s like you are creating the rules and boundaries to your own experience. How would you like reality to be? Would you like to create your dream life? Begin with your perception on reality, examining you current perception of reality, and take the leap of faith to bend that perception into one that better fits your ideal version of reality. This is the biggest most important aspect of creating your own life. To me, this was the dam, holding back the flood. There was a crack in the dam before and a little bit of water was coming through but not much.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s scary changing your perceptions on reality itself because we are conditioned from child birth to believe it is one way, when it is truly not. Letting go of the perception of reality is frightening. It&#8217;s basically taking something that&#8217;s always been solid and real to you and flipping it inside out and upside down. Trust yourself. Bend your perception of reality and your reality will bend with it, I promise you. It will mold itself to however you see it, it will interact with you however you allow it to. Then you realize that you didn&#8217;t even really do anything and reality has been this way ALL along, you&#8217;re just now allowing yourself to see and experience it that way, and exert more control over it.</p>
<p>Find the non-physical part of yourself that exists beyond and throughout the reality in front of your eyes as well as deep inside you. This is you. It&#8217;s nothing, and it&#8217;s what &#8220;letting go&#8221; is all about. Once you find this dimension of yourself, you will understand, you will feel that tension &#8220;let go&#8221;. It&#8217;s quite amazing. You truly create from this place.</p>
<p>EXISTENCE is a spectrum! There are a spectrum of &#8220;states of being&#8221; that you can chose to experience RIGHT NOW. Everything is existence has it&#8217;s own gradient scale, it&#8217;s own spectrum, why would reality itself be any different?<br />
Skeptics are like people looking at a color spectrum wheel, saying only red exists. Yes the experience of reality being solid and outside of you exists, but it&#8217;s arrogant to think this is the only experience of reality available, especially once you see life expressed in all of it&#8217;s many infinite number of ways. It&#8217;s beautiful and divine.</p>
<p>I am not trying to sell you people anything. I don&#8217;t care if you listen to me or not. I don&#8217;t want to be a guru or any of that bullshit. I want to help. I have struggled with these concepts of LoA and everything for so damn long and everything makes sense, is working for me effortlessly and amazingly, and increases each and everyday&#8230;exponentially to. I want people to have what I have, especially those of you who have been at this for as long as I was and was getting frustrated with no results. Those of you who get it already, I salute you with excitement and look forward to our eternal journey together.</p>
<p>I apologize for the randomness of this post, I just woke up about 20 minutes ago and I am rushing as I have to meet some musicians at the beach in a few moments to work out some musical arrangements.</p>
<p>Skeptics I urge you to reconsider you stance, to give it a shot. Not for me. Not because I&#8217;m making a church and I&#8217;m recruiting members. No. This isn&#8217;t about congregations or pews or preachers or whatever. This is about YOUR life and LIVING and EXPERIENCING IT TO IT&#8217;S FULLEST. I&#8217;m not trying to convert anybody. I&#8217;m trying to explain that I&#8217;ve changed my life and discovered truth in this complete OUT THERE concept. What you choose to do will not effect me in the slightest, I have no need or desire for people to believe the same things I do, and I&#8217;m not asking that at all. I&#8217;m saying if the opportunity is there for you to live YOUR ABSOLUTE DREAM LIFE, why not take it? I am proof. I took it and I am telling you it works, not because I manifested a drawing of a blue feather or anything like that, but because I manifest constantly, without effort or work or worry. This is not something I can see anybody wanting to pass up. It&#8217;s a difficult thing as first to wrap your head around because it so goes against everything you&#8217;ve been taught and learned to be true since birth. Simple first step is just to example your current beliefs on reality and how you experience reality. I guarantee they are the same. You probably believe that you hold these beliefs about reality because that&#8217;s how reality is. The truth is that&#8217;s how reality is because you hold these beliefs about it. Try changing your perceptions. Who wouldn&#8217;t want an easy, effortless, worry free life that hand delivers you everything you want and is shaping itself to be exactly what you wish to experience in your life. It&#8217;s scary taking 100% full responsibility for everything in your life. I know. You see the &#8220;bad&#8221; things and say there&#8217;s no way you would ever create that for yourself. But please, don&#8217;t believe me. Don&#8217;t take my word for it. Truly try it out and experience it for yourself. Or don&#8217;t. It won&#8217;t change my life a single bit. I will continue this struggle free, worry free existence that I mold to my will regardless of what any of you choose. I want everyone who truly wants to, to be able to achieve what I have. And you can. Because it&#8217;s easy. And once you start understanding the pieces, the rest of the puzzle begins to make more and more sense and the process speeds up.</p>
<p>It never goes faster than you allow it to. It will never be too much for you to handle. It is you.</p>
<p>You are free to do whatever you want, but then again you don&#8217;t need some jerk like me telling you that, do you? I&#8217;m just trying to share my joy with you.</p>

Today there are lots of followers and practionners of his concept, therefore his work was not vain. He invented the remedies which deal with people&#8217;s emotions. They have the narrow action and don&#8217;t do any harm to the patients.</p>
<p>Bach remedies are completely safe as they are made from the natural matter. They have two main components: the spring water and flower parts. The flower parts are not left in the stock bottles &ndash; they are taken out on one of the preparation stages. The dilution received in the result preserves the healing properties of the plants.</p>
<p>Main aim of Bach essences is eliminating the negative emotions and helping the patient to reach the inner harmony. According to Dr. Bach this is the essential condition for the recovery. He was sure that all physical illnesses are caused by inner imbalance. Negative emotions make people feel bad and in this way the disease appears. According to this concept the disease symptoms are just the external presentation of this imbalance. Dr. Bach believed that every person can heal himself if his inner world is in harmony. <p>It is very important that we realize the relationship between our thoughts and the way we feel. Did you know that we are constantly thinking? Take breathing for example. Unless we feel that we are running out of breath, we simply forget that we breathe automatically.</p>
<p>Thinking works the same way. Since we are always doing it, it is easy to forget that it is happening. To think is to create. Everything starts in the mind. What precedes the feeling of anger? Angry thoughts precede anger. Have you tried getting mad without having any thoughts first? Try to feel sad when you don&#8217;t have any sad thoughts. It is just impossible! In order to experience a feeling, we must first have the thought that induces that feeling. Happiness cannot exist alone. It is the result of positive thinking. This simple awareness is the first step in putting us back on the path to <a href="http://www.findthewaytohappiness.com" target='_blank'>find happiness</a>.</p>
<p>We should never underestimate the power of a simple thought. It may seem so innocent and fleeting; yet, it has energy that can cause great impact on our mind, body, and emotions.</p>
<p>Let us think of a lemon. Imagine cutting it in half and smelling it. Now, think about squeezing the juice from the lemon into your mouth and feel those pulp bits bursting inside. Most of us will surely feel our salivary glands responding to the thought of lemon.</p>
<p>Indeed, what we are thinking can greatly influence our emotions. Think of someone you love. What do you feel? Now think of someone you hate. What do you feel? We do not have to consciously change our emotions &ndash; change our thoughts and our emotions will follow immediately . Notice that when we focus our minds on positive things, we feel better, whereas when think negative thoughts, we feel bad. Positive thoughts yield positive results. These thoughts make us more loving and caring, resulting to good health, wealth, and happiness. On the other hand, negative thoughts produce negative results. These types of thoughts result to indifference, disease, fear and misery, etc. In other words, our thoughts create our reality. So be aware of what you&#8217;re thinking. The next time you feel a little low, stop and consider what you were thinking to trigger that feeling and change the direction of your thoughts accordingly. It&rsquo;s not going to happen immediately but with practice, we can control the direction our thoughts take.</p>
<p>Wouldn&rsquo;t it be great if we can have good thoughts throughout the day?</p>
<p>However, that is just not possible, is it? The negative thoughts have a way of slipping in unnoticed throughout the day. Like cancer, negative thinking can kill! It can destroy and kill our whole future. Negative thoughts affect the mind, body, and emotions.</p>
<p>Our thoughts produce our feelings. We get angry by having angry thoughts. It is impossible to feel sad without sad thoughts. Unhappiness does not and cannot exist on its own. Unhappiness is the feeling that accompanies negative thinking. So how do we prevail against the negative thoughts in our heads? Stop thinking about them! Our negative feelings are results of our own negative thinking. Apart from refraining to think about negative thoughts, we can turn negative thoughts into positive ones.</p>
<p>One effective technique is to learn a whole new set of happy words. These words evoke positive feelings. Other studies refer to these as &ldquo;Positive Adjectives List&rdquo; from The Apache Method (The Antidotal Positive Adjectives Character and Happiness Enhancement Method).</p>
<p>According to this particular study, which is based on Emmet Velton&#8217;s classic paper, &ldquo;There has been a body of research empirically validating our ability to positively or negatively change our moods by reading phrases like &ldquo;I feel very good&rdquo; or &ldquo;I am afraid.&rdquo;</p>
<p>So, how do we go about dislodging thoughts of unhappiness? </p>
<p>1.	Be aware. We have to catch ourselves when we are about to indulge in negative thinking. In the first few days, we have to be very vigilant. </p>
<p>2.	The moment we feel the onset of an unpleasant emotion, we have to identify it as precisely as possible. Is it hatred? Hurt? Fear? Anxiety? Discontent? This is a very critical component of the process as related to the next step.</p>
<p>3.	Search for the exact opposite of the negative emotion. Think of its antonym. For example, the moment we catch ourselves feeling &ldquo;lazy,&rdquo; we would call to mind an opposite adjective like &#8216;energetic.&#8217; We would then say to ourselves, &#8216;I feel energetic. &#8216; If we consider ourselves as &ldquo;pessimistic&rdquo;, we say &ldquo;I am hopeful. &rdquo; If we see ourselves as &ldquo;incompetent&rsquo;, we say &ldquo;I feel ingenious.&rdquo; What do we say if we see ourselves as &ldquo;unmindful&rdquo;? We say, &ldquo;I am grateful. &rdquo; Can we use the same method even if we are not feeling anything unpleasant? Of course!  We are encouraged to think and say to ourselves statements like &#8216;I feel fabulous&#8217; to reinforce our mood, or statements like &#8216;I feel strong&#8217; or &#8216;I feel friendly&#8217; in order to enhance our character. Other people have their own versions of this same technique. Others say it aloud in front of the mirror every morning for ten minutes for twenty-one days. Saying it out loud makes it more effective as there is an emotional involvement. This is no different from expressing positive affirmations and doing self-talk. Others find it more effective by writing the statements on paper, as they become more &ldquo;physically&rdquo; involved.  </p>
<p>Try it out. It doesn&rsquo;t matter which way you choose to use. The important thing is to be aware of the direction your thoughts are taking and change it. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We often hear the expression: &ldquo;Live within your means.&rdquo; Nowadays, we need to change this expression by substituting &ldquo;within&rdquo; to &ldquo;below.&rdquo; </p>
<p>If we work for somebody or for a corporation, we need to set aside some savings which we can use for a &ldquo;rainy day.&rdquo; There can never be enough savings. That is why we sometimes find a second job. And this is the reason why we want to improve our lives financially, by getting off the &ldquo;rat race&rdquo; and <a href="http://www.createwealthyourself.com" target='_blank'>creating wealth</a>.</p>
<p>At times, we have the uncontrollable habit of buying things we don&rsquo;t really need, especially when items are &ldquo;on sale.&rdquo; We stock up on things that are &ldquo;on sale&rdquo; thinking that we are saving. At first thought, it seems we are, but on second thought, we are actually losing. Foodstuffs get spoiled. Clothes go out of fashion. Appliances&rsquo; warranties expire even before they are used. Somtimes, they become defective because they have been stored for too long. And new models are introduced which makes what you have on hand, obsolete or phased out. This might probably be the reason why they are &ldquo;on sale.&rdquo; If you notice, most electronic appliances are expensive the first time they are introduced and they become cheaper in time.</p>
<p>We stock up on things thinking that a similar opportunity might not come our way the next time. However some products are excessively produced on purpose, to be put up &ldquo;on sale&rdquo; if not completely sold while regularly priced. To some producers, it&rsquo;s cheaper to sell at cost or minimum profit than to keep under storage, not to mention expiration dates. This is also another way to promote a product. You see, when people know that a certain product sometimes goes &ldquo;on sale,&rdquo; they always have the product on mind. It&rsquo;s free advertisement at its best. The product makers don&rsquo;t lose money anyway. On the contrary, they make money.</p>
<p>All too often, even the rich people fall prey to this kind of promotion. The poor and middle class would say: &ldquo;I might as well spend my savings on these items since little savings are not going to make me rich anyway.&rdquo;</p>
<p>And you know what happens to your house if you keep on stocking up? You turn your house into a warehouse. There will be clutter everywhere, especially when your house isn&rsquo;t big enough. You buy things &ldquo;on sale,&rdquo; only if you intend to sell them for a profit and not for your own future consumption. Keeping a reasonable quantity is justifiable.</p>
<p>Be prudent. This is a habit that we seriously need to consider correcting or improving upon. If you are making enough or more than enough, bear in mind that it is not how much money you make that makes you wealthy. It is how much you spend and how much you keep. Some us have the habit of buying luxury  items as soon as we have the funds or credit line for it. Most rich people, in spite of being rich, buy luxuries last. Books are some of the best investment you can make with the money you save. They keep you skillful. They open up new horizons which can lead to <a href="http://www.createwealthyourself.com" target='_blank'>wealth creation</a>. The same thing is true with seminars, tapes, and other media related to acquiring financial knowledge. </p>
<p>Therefore, prioritize your purchases. Don&#8217;t throw your money away unecessarily on a spending frenzy. You&rsquo;ll see that at the end of the day, you&rsquo;ll have some leftover to carry you over the next month.</p>

However, although, simple as it may seems when you hear this words, meditation is not as easy at ABC at all. You have to focus and concentration and should have that mindset needed at the very start to make this practice sustainable.</p>
<p>If you are planning to go for a meditation, start by making meditation as a formal practice or a daily hobby. Set aside a specific time of the day, at least twice a day as your holy hour, your meditation time. Practicing meditation twice a day will help you sustain that level and keep your focus well balanced and maintained.</p>
<p>The first step to meditation is slow and deep breathing. Deep breathing exercises allow your heart rate to slow down and relax muscle tension. When doing deep breathing exercise, focus on the mind is the ideal way to begin the practice. Right after you finish doing deep breathing, you can now start the next step, which is stretching to loosen all those muscle tension either in a lying or a sitting position. </p>
<p>As you go along with stretching, notice and feel how your different body parts reacts as you meditate. A great practice for beginning mediators is to take notice of the body when a meditative state starts to take hold). This is very healthy and an indicator that you are on the right path. </p>
<p>Some individuals would use music (mostly instrumentals and nature inspired) to help them during meditation. It&rsquo;s good though. You can also use candles to help you out release and achieve that level.</p>
<p>One important thing that you must remember when doing meditation exercise is the room you would choose as your meditation room. When choosing a room, always find one that you think no one can disturb you. Free from sound. Free from noise. Free from people. If you do this, you will be able to maintain the balance of positive energies in your body.</p>
<p>Another way by which you can meditate is fishing. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Heart diseases, kidney problems and hypertension are just one of the few diseases that you would get when you fill yourself up with too much negative emotion. Surely, you would never want that to happen right? Here are a few steps on how you could actually deal those negative emotions from ruining your life.</p>
<p>Slowly close your eyes. Take a deep breath slowly for a couple of minutes or two. Have you calm yourself down? If yes, imagine there is a wall in front of you. You are standing right in front of that wall. That is your &ldquo;wall of frustration&rdquo; or &ldquo;wall of pain and fear&rdquo;. That wall symbolizes your anger, your fear, worries, frustration and all those negative feelings you are possibly into right now. </p>
<p>As you imagine that wall as your &#8220;wall of frustration&#8221;, imagine that you are pushing that wall. Feel your arms, your fingers, shoulder react to that wall. Let that wall absorb your negative feelings. Let that wall take away those fears and frustrations that you are facing right now.</p>
<p>As you push that wall, picture that particular event that made you feel that negative emotion that is filling you right now.  It could be because you got fired from work, a jerk boss, a broken relationship. That very particular reason why you are feeling exactly what you are right now. </p>
<p>And then let that wall absorb these emotions totally until you feel yourselves emotion calms down, relieved and expire. Once you feel this, imagine that you are walking pass that wall. And by doing so, you have gotten totally rid of your negative emotions. You will feel relieved and relax shortly right after.</p>
<p>Fishing is another way by which you can release all those negative emotions from you. As an expert in stress management, I always encourage my clients to go out for activities that would help them relieve stress like fishing. Patients noted marked improvement in their sleep latency, total sleep time, total wake time, sleep efficiency, sleep quality and depression symptoms after two months of practicing Kriya Yoga meditation methods. &#8220;Results of the study show that teaching deep relaxation techniques during the daytime can help improve sleep at night,&#8221; said study leader Ramadevi Gourineni MD.</p>
<p>Zen meditation, one of the types of meditation, can lower pain sensitivity both in and out of a meditative state. The study conducted by the Université de Montréal found that those who meditate breathed at an average of 12 breaths per minutes, compared to 15 breaths per minute in those who don&#8217;t meditate. The ultimate result for practitioners was an 18% reduction in pain sensitivity. &#8220;If meditation can change the way someone feels pain, thereby reducing the amount of pain medication required for an ailment, that would be clearly beneficial,&#8221; explains co-author Joshua A. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We all know how to <a href="http://www.achievepersonalgoals.com" target='_blank'>achieve goals</a>, yet there are so many people who don&rsquo;t achieve them or get started then give up halfway.</p>
<p>The problem lies in the most basic part of the process &ndash; setting the goal.</p>
<p>When it comes to setting goals, there are not many of us that are very good at doing so. There are many chances to make mistakes, but the real problem comes in how we set them as well as what we do once we set them.</p>
<p>For starters, it is essential to know what your <a href="http://achievepersonalgoals.com/category/personal-goals-setting/" target='_blank'>personal goal</a> are. Think hard about that for a few minutes now. Simply sit down with a blank sheet of paper (yes, you can use your computer too!) and avoid all distractions for ten minutes.</p>
<p>Write down anything and everything that comes to your mind in regards to your goals.</p>
<p>What are they? Where do you picture yourself to be in a year?<br />Who do you want to have with you?<br />Where do you see your business in five years? 20? What dollar amount of sales will make you happy this year?<br />What do you need to make in profits to reach a new level of satisfaction each year?</p>
<p>All of these things may be things to spark your mind. Determine where your business will be within the next years. Look long term for starters. Then, follow these tips.</p>
<p>Goal writing is made easy through these basic steps.</p>
<p>1.	Write down your longest term goal. This is the place that you want to be in a number of years, or the place you need to be to be as successful as you plan to be.</p>
<p>2. Give yourself a time limit for making that happen. You may want to say that you want to make your first million in two years. Or, it may take many more for that to happen. Giving your goal a timeframe helps to get your mind set in how to make that happen. If you leave it open ended, the long term goals are not benefited by your actions each day, as they would be here.</p>
<p>3.	Give yourself smaller goals to reach as steps up to the larger one. For example, the new entrepreneur may be able to say that he wants to have an office, set up and running within a month&rsquo;s time. In six months, he plans to be running into profit, after expenses have been paid down. Determine what your steps are to reaching your goal. Make sure that you write them with time frames attached too.</p>
<p>4.	Now, write them by hand on paper in the following manner. &ldquo;Within six months, I will have paid off all debt that I owe and be running in the clear. I will do this by pushing sales and not pushing any new expenditures during that time.&rdquo; In this manner, you have listed not only what the goal is and the time frame to have it done, but also how you will get there.</p>
<p>5.	Take this piece of paper and place it everywhere and anywhere that you will see it at least several times per day. Seeing it will allow you to think it. Thinking about it makes it happen. The only way to find success is through the goals you set.</p>
<p>Now that you know what your goals are, it is essential for you to make sure that they do happen.</p>
<p>You will need to read those goals each day, at least one time per day. When you think it, see it, feel it, you make it happen.</p>
<p>When you go through each step, determine your goal for it. How will you implement it into your current work day and how will you insure that it will happen?</p>
<p>But remember, it all boils down to setting it in the first place. Be specific. Have in mind exactly what you want to happen, how long you give yourself to achieve it and the steps you have to take to achieving it.</p>
<p>Get that right and you&rsquo;re off to a head start.</p>
